Quality Policy
We will do our best to ensure the health and wellbeing of any puppies we have. Our goal is to provide you with the best quality pet we can.
Puppy Guarantee
We allow customers a 48 hours after the purchase of a pet to have it examined by a licensed Veternarian. If your vet finds a life threatening congenital defect that does not allow the pup to grow to adulthood, we will replace the puppy with the next one available. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser.
Return Policy on Puppies
There are NO CASH REFUNDS. Replacement only. No replacement due to owner negligence.
Return Policy on Store Items
All sales on items purchased through our store are final and not returns are accepted unless we ship you the wrong item. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping.
